The receptionists and nurses were very friendly and helpful as well as professional. I felt very comfortable in the waiting room and felt very welcomed by my doctor and nurses. They were on time and I didn’t have to wait for my appointment. My... doctor is amazing and takes time to listen and address any and all concerns I have about my healt. She is extremely professional and puts me at ease instantly. My labs were back the very next day and I received phone calls with my results that day. All of my questions were answered regarding my labs. I will return here again and again as I am very pleased with care and after care. Great experience!!!read more

First visit and it was a good experience.Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate the simplicity of paperwork.The PA Helen was great. She listened, was knowledgeable and friendly.She will be my primary care person.

Great experience!! I'm from Texas and had bad case of poison ivy. I showed up without an appointment and the got me right in. Within 15 minutes, I had seen the Nurse, Doctor, RX prescribed and paid the bill! Everyone was extremely nice and... friendly.read more

Scott and threat of the staff at ridge line are incredible! Their front desk staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Scott and his nurses are amazing! Scott listens before he treats which is very important to me! I respect that about him!

So fast! I waited less than 10 minutes between walking in the doors and seeing a provider. They conveniently have an X-ray on site. The building was modern and clean, and the staff members were professional and kind. I will be returning if I ever... need an urgent care visit!read more

My husband & I were looking for a PC DR. The registration process was so simple. You didn't have 20 forms to complete. And yes, they still got our full medical history. It was great! The Dr was so friendly and she listened to us!
