Our video conferencing software allows you and your doctor to see and hear each other as you discuss your concerns or any symptoms you may have.
We use YourHealthFile, which allows us to remain professional and HIPAA compliant.
You may avoid insurance co-pays and deductibles
Recently, Blue Cross of Idaho announced that it is waiving all co-pays for clients using the telehealth system. Consequently, using this new way of seeing your doctor could come at no cost to you.
Please check with your individual insurance carrier to see if they also are taking part in this approach to telehealth visits.

Telehealth visits are easy to setup
- Call us at (208) 715-9990 We will create an account for you and send you an email invitation so you can start filling in your personal information.
- Fill out your online registration. The form asks the same health-related questions that our office assistants would ask. Be sure to set aside enough time before your appointment to complete the form.
- Schedule an appointment by requesting a virtual visit from any of our providers.
